Care Package
With our Care package we will provide you with recurring scheduled support. The work will be performed remotely when possible, with onsite visits when necessary. The recurring scheduled support will address current issues and take care of any items on your to-do-list. We will also provide monthly and annual proactive support, as outlined on the list on page 3. We will provide you with help desk support for a named user(s) from your organization. You will have access to our customer web portal to submit service requests and trouble tickets. We will also provide you with account management for technology planning.
Care Plus Package
Our Care Plus package will include everything included in the Care package. We will also provide remote network monitoring for servers and other key network devices. Our SolbrekkCentral managed service platform will generate notifications to our staff from alerts, allowing us to respond on a more informed basis. The network monitoring will also establish a network baseline and subsequent network trending information. You will receive a discounted price for the remote network monitoring.
Premium Care Package
Our Premium Care package will include everything included in our Care Plus package. Our Premium Care package will include unlimited help desk support for all users, which is explained on page 5 of the proposal. We will leverage remote support and our SolbrekkCentral managed services platform to give you quicker response time, improved network engineer efficiencies, and a lower long-term cost. You will also receive the highest level of call response priority. Your account manager will be available for a quarterly meeting to assist you with planning for functionality, capacity, and performance.
Managed Network Solution (MNS)
If you have an upcoming significant capital outlay for a network refresh, are concerned about network availability, or are expecting a growth in the number of employees, you should take a serious look at the Managed Network Solution (MNS). This solution will bundle your monthly support, help desk, installation/migration of your network, hardware purchase, Microsoft licensing, anti-spam, and remote network monitoring into a monthly fee per user, with a reasonable one-time setup fee.
