Challenge
Robin Paterni, Office Manager, was responsible for the IT network at Ratwik. They have 22 attorneys on staff and about 40 users on their IT network. The stability and reliability of the network was extremely important to Robin and the firm. Robin is not a technical person, so she needed a network support organization that could provide her with reliable and cost effective service and solutions.

Solution
Larry Phelps, Solbrekk VP of Sales, has been providing IT network support services to Ratwik for over 10 years. Larry leads the Ratwik technology planning and budgeting process every year. Jeff Moriarty, Solbrekk Sr. Network Engineer, provides weekly recurring scheduled visits on Wednesday mornings. Jeff takes care of Robin's to-do-list and he also does monthly and quarterly proactive services to ensure better system reliability and performance.
